Something fun and these can be set up in simple OR elegant designs. (I recently gave a beautiful handmade wooden Charcuterie Board as a wedding gift! To be enjoyed with their great food and wines for generations to come. Oh yes, they LOVED IT!) You want to have an assortment of Cheeses, Nuts, Dried Fruits, Crackers, Jams/Jellies, Chocolates, Meats (Salty and Savory), Honey, Fresh Berries, Pickles and Olives (of all varieties), and even Vegetables. These are all laid out in pretty fashion on your Board or Platter, ready to be picked up in tastes as they are enjoyed with a glass of chosen Wine. So FUN for everyone taking part!
You can make it an individual Plate and simply Pre-arrange Items for Single Servings for your Guests.
